Method: after each earnings release, SethiStock sums the latest four reported quarterly EPS figures and divides the post-release share price by that trailing EPS. This keeps the comparison historical rather than applying today's earnings backwards.

This engine uses distinct mathematical models to calculate a range of intrinsic values for the target company, creating a comprehensive "Football Field" of potential target entry prices.
Macro-Pegged Discount Rate: Your baseline discount rate is dynamically tethered to the live US 10-Year Real Treasury Yield via the SethiMacro terminal, plus a standard 5.0% Equity Risk Premium. This ensures your valuation automatically adapts to today's live macroeconomic risk environment.
Exit Multiple DCF: Calculates terminal value based on a multiple of the final year's cash flow. Best for established, steady-state businesses.
Gordon Growth DCF: Assumes the company will grow cash flows perpetually at a stable rate. Highly sensitive to the Perpetual Growth Rate input. If the discount rate is lower than the growth rate, this model mathematically breaks and returns N/A.
The Sethi Score is a proprietary algorithmic grading system out of 100. It quickly evaluates a stock's fundamental health based on 10 strict Wall Street financial metrics.

The Football Field chart visually plots the intrinsic price targets generated by our valuation models against the stock's actual 52-Week trading range.
How to read it: If the current price (the dotted red line) falls to the left of the colored valuation bars, the stock is currently trading below its theoretical fair value, indicating a potential margin of safety.
